1. The transfer service is operated by a third-party transport provider, in partnership with the hotel.
2. The customer must provide accurate flight information and book at least [72 hours] in advance.
3. Prices vary based on the type of transfer and number of passengers. Payment online.
4. Free cancellation up to [36 hours] before the scheduled transfer. After that, no refund is possible.
5. In case of flight delay, please notify us as soon as possible. A [30-minute] waiting period is included at the meeting point.
6. The transfer includes one standard-size piece of luggage per passenger.
7. Transfers for persons with reduced mobility (PRM) are available on request and subject to specific conditions.
8. Transport of special luggage (golf equipment, bicycles, wheelchairs, strollers, kayak…) is available on request and at special rates.
9. The hotel acts as an intermediary and cannot be held liable for delays, incidents, or changes caused by the transport provider.
